I love the food at P.F Changs... It never disappoints! Went with a group of four and shared 2 entrees and an appetizer. Portions are huge and delicious. I will definitely be going back!

Standard chain-restaurant style American Thai/Chinese fusion food, nothing that really blew us away (bill was a little higher than we expected) but nothing that really disappointed us. The pad Thai was average. The spring roll appetizer was super hot and served kinda slowly, considering it was a random Wednesday afternoon we went there for a late lunch after shopping at The Westchester. Nothing to rave about but also nothing to bash. Average food, decent service.

The food is the chain's standard fare: decent, sometimes creative Asian fusion cuisine that is kid friendly. But the service. Oh my god -- the service. It is clueless -- not even just slow, but sort of like they don't know what they're doing. We had to ask for water. For napkins. For plates. And so on. And so forth. It took FOREVER and it wasn't that crowded and there was waitstaff EVERYWHERE not doing a thing. Just staring. Blankly. An excruciating dining experience.

The food here tasted so fresh. I love this place. Would definitely go here again. The chocolate cake was delicious too.

I have recently come back to eat at PF changs because I believe they have changed the chef or possibly the menu or both? It's so much better now compared to last year where they probably would've ranked 3 stars. I also found new faves on the menu like dynamite shrimp and garlic noodles! No complaints. So yummy and satisfying. I also like the Mongolian beef and the wonton soup here. My husband used to order the eggplant and chicken but they no longer make it? So he just orders the eggplant with the chicken lettuce wraps. Also really good! We live 5 minutes away so this place is always going to be on rotation! Go PF changs!

PF changs always has great service and great food. Definitely have the lettuce wraps! They are awesome and their teas are very good if you're into tea. We always love the ambience of PF changs and suggest to go there if you're in the mood for it !!

Mediocre food, mediocre service, and high prices. I ate dinner here with a colleague. Opened the menu to find pen marks all over the middle page. Our waiter came quickly and was nice. The vegetarian lettuce wraps came quickly. The portion was smaller than I remember and the sauce was made in the kitchen. This was the first time no one offered to make it to my taste. My curry vegetables came almost devoid of sauce. This too was different from how I have had it before. Our water was regularly refilled. Unfortunately our waiter never came to check on us or offer more rice. Can't say I would return to this location.

Ok so I'm so mad I came to this pf changs vs the one in Hackensack ! Me and my husband came here on a Saturday about 4 pm. There was no wait and the hostess was very nice . When we were seated we had a waiter that obviously was new cause he didn't even know the menu . For appetizer we ordered fried crab wontons and fried pork dumplings. The waiter repeatedly asked us the quantity of 4 or 6 . ? We repeatedly told him 4 and when our appetizer come out ,sure enough I get 6 on each plate . ( I didn't say anything because I hate to complain in restaurants ) the wontons and dumplings were good . But seriously how can you mess those 2 items up? Now for the on-trays! My husband got the chicken and broccoli omg was this plate was disgusting and nothing Like any pf changs I been to. The meat was cut so thick that you could not bite correctly and had pieces of fat. The sauce was completely watered down my husband was starving and didn't even finish the food . I ordered the Mongolian beef . I told the waiter really well done please . Of course when the food came out undercooked . So here I had to complain to the waiter cause there was no way I was going to eat this . The waiter states they are going to cook it better. When I comes back I felt the put the meet in a deep fryer and extremely thick piece of beef with a lot of fat still on the meat . I was so upset I ate the only 2 or 3 pieces I can find that was not so blubbery and stopped . We also ordered a big pf changs fried rice for both of us with no beef . Of course when it comes it had beef . So me and my husband are picking out the beef from the rice . The rice was decent to eat so honestly that's how we came out of there semi full because we ate the rice instead of our on trays . Last but not least we decided to take the food home to give it to the dog because we certainly won't be re heating this . So I called the waiter to wrap the food and to please give me a coconut cooler to go . As the waiter walks away I see when he ordered the coconut cooler to the bar tender ! ( I'm siting next to the bar ) the waiter comes takes a while to pack our food then brings the bill and takes our payment, takes a while to come back with the change and when all of that is done still no coconut cooler!!!! In 20 minutes I still had my non alcoholic drink not done . But then I noticed the bartender did prepare my drink cause I saw him pour it in a to go cup. I then saw a African american women who I believe to be the manager because she was an employee with regular attire on go behind the bar and look in the cup ask the waiter something then she takes the cup and started drinking and walks awAy. The waiter sees that I'm annoyed waiting for a drink he goes back yo the bar and the bar tender tells him he already prepared the drink . ( that's when I noticed it was my drink she took ) that's when the bartender takes another 19 mins to make it. I would of walked out and not waited for the drink but I already paid 4 something for a drink that was full of ice. POINT IS DONT COME TO THIS PF CHANGS EVER!!! Please !!!! IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD GO To THE PF CHANGS IN HACKENSACK! They have never let me down or anyone I've recommend to the HACKENSACK LOCATION !!!

So what exactly is PF Changs trying to accomplish? This location in White Plains has been around for as long as I can remember, and this is the first time I've returned in like 10 years. My memories PF's as a kid were of a higher-end splurge kind of place with a unique take on Chinese fusion. Not sure if this place changed dramatically or I did (or both), but wow, what a lousy experience. Went with a big group of work colleagues for lunch and everything was sub par. Opened the menu and was met with a mysterious sticky orange substance splattered in several places. Pretty gross and appetite-impeding. We started with some apps to share: Chicken lettuce wrap- this was decent. build your own little lettuce wrap, nothing particularly offensive about it. I found the crunchy things useless Fried dumplings- mediocre, same quality as frozen bag dumplings Kale & quinoa dip- not dip as much as a watery/runny sauce. The fried wonton-chips were good, but hard to mess that up honestly Moving on to lunch- Started with hot & sour soup. Incredibly salty. I got the beef & broccoli with fried rice, simple right? WRONG! Beef was extremely chewy and fatty. Fried rice tasted really bland. The broccoli was decent and I ate all of that. Full disclosure- most of the people in my party really love this place so they must be doing something right. Me? I'll stick to a more authentic spot like H Mart for dumplings 1000X better without the faux pretentious atmosphere. The decor & staff were tired and worn out. Looks like a depressing work environment (and I worked at Friendly's for 3 years so I know about that!) The food at Asian Wave in Thornwood is WAY better and similarly priced (a tad more affordable). I really don't get this place. It seems like they're trying to do JUST enough to justify their prices but it's not really working anymore. I suppose for parts of the country without decent Asian cuisine this is the best you can get: middling quality processed chain restaurant food. If you're into vaguely Asian-influenced, uninteresting, uninspired dishes masquerading as high-end food and don't mind paying a premium for the privilege, this place is for you. I won't return here on my own accord.

Is it me or has PF Changs standards plummeted? Well judging on the reviews many people agree! For as long as I can remember this PF Changs has been around and it has been exceptional, it was a treat to get such an exceptionally fresh asian fusion, there was always a que out the door, the waiter always took great care of you starting with making your sauce to your liking table side. Ever since PF Changs started being mentioned in tv shows, and came out with there own line of frozen food the whole experience has suffered. The food is mediocre and the service follows. It is comparable to apple bees and tgi Fridays

About the only "Chinese restaurant" I consider these days. Everything that came to our table was remarkable as usual but I am yelping to talk about something I never considered because I thought it only came in chicken. Here it is! A veggie lettuce wrap. This thing rocked! With Tofu and other mixed veggies it's definitely a palate delight. Angie and I are taking this idea home. It's one that we can easily make for a light diner. Yum!

Decent food but service was sub par. One we got seated, we had to wave down a waiter to take out order. Food came out pretty quickly and was decent for a chain restaurant

Normally we have a very good experience here, but this last time was just awful. First the hostess did not want to talk. I said "hi, how are you"? She replied with a loud "how many"? I said 2 and she said "follow me". I said thank you for the nice booth and to which she walked away without even a word. We proceeded to open our menus but they were sticky with some kind of sauce on them. It just takes a few moments to clean off a menu. It took 9 minutes to get a server to come over and she pushed an alcoholic beverage on us. When we politely declined and asked for iced teas she pushed again. She said " oh come on...who's driving"? What was this about. I understand the servers want to pad the bill to get a bigger tip, but this was outrageous! We ordered the pork dumplings which we always do and it took 10 minutes to get those. Normally it takes 5 and that's on a busy night. The dumplings came but there were no utensils on the table. I asked for them and the waitress said she would get them. She did not return and we tried in vain to flag someone down. When we finally got someone they were cold. Unfortunately, this time they tasted like they were frozen from a bag too. Not the quality were used too. I ordered the Mongolian beef and asked for it to be very spicy. It came out with NO spice what-so-ever! I would have told the waitress but she was too busy laughing with a co-worker. By the time she checked on us, once again the food was getting cold. My wife ordered the beef with broccoli and again we were disappointed as the beef was fatty and very tough and chewy. This never happens. Could there have been a different cook on? I don't know, but I do know we did not enjoy any part of our meal and this time it left a bad taste in out mouths. We usually order desert but my wife had enough and wanted to get out of there. That was a fight too. We tried to get our waitress so we could ask for the bill but she was once again laughing with a co-worker. We had to waive at her and when she finally noticed us, she said "I know you saved room for dessert" and we said no thank you, just the check please to which she started explaining the desserts. We would have ordered the great wall of chocolate as always but we just had enough and really wanted to leave. What happened P.F. Chang's? Was there another cook on? Was our horrible service and exception? I don't know, but what I do know is we had a terrible experience this time and we were not happy at all.

I've only been here for lunch but it's the best place for Chinese-ish cuisine that can accommodate two rambunctious toddlers. Their lunch specials are yummy and I get a sangria too (repeat: rambunctious toddlers so don't judge.) My kids share a lunch special too. The staff has always been great and I always tip at least 25% for their friendly tolerant attitude with my toddlers. I always alternate between the spicy chicken and kung pao chicken and my kids love the honey chicken. I also always get the soup add-on. Very nicely sized portions considering it's a lunch special. No complaints about the food but I stick to a very limited selection. We really look forward to pur lunches there!

As always the calamari was excellent as an appetizer. The prong shrimp always comes out perfect and the sauce that goes with it makes it that much better. Chase that with the strawberry cucumber lemonade. Too bad they took the tiramisu off the menu.

We went for Valentine's to try some new food. The wait for a table was for exact 30 minutes, not bad considering it was lunch on Valentine's. The places has a nice decoration with confortable sitting. Our waitor was extraordinary(Juan), his explanation on food and recomendations was great. Took great care of us. For drinks we had a pear mojito that was very good. I read the comments about the lettuce wraps but I have to say they were not that good. The sauce was delicious. The main courses were mangolian beef that was excelent..very tasty. The other plate was Chiang's Kung Pao that was not that good. The dessert was tiramisu that is a small portion, but was Delicious!! Good food and atmosphere.

The last 2 times we went here, we sat ourselves to our table. No one was up front and when we sat the lady looked irritated that we did. Well after waiting for 10 min's for someone to greet us, we got fed up. The food was good , not great, but the service needs drastic help. They clearly need to train their staff better. One time a lady was practically looking over my shoulder at the menu, because she didn't know it well....

The food was typical P.F Chang's chain restaurant cookie cutter food. This is more on the service. I was out of town on business and I placed an to go order. As I waited to pick up my food I sat at the bar..no one came over and asked if I would like a drink. They finally bring out my food and I paid. I looked in the bag and no plates silverware sauces fortune cookie....I wait and after 10 min to get my items i decided to just leave and go back to my hotel and asked their bar area to provide me the simple request!

I really enjoy this place! I've never had a bad experience with the food (which is really yummy) or the service, which is pretty accommodating. You can't come into this place and expect the service of a high end five star establishment, but I've been here about four times and I've never had a problem being attended to. On one occasion the plate I was given wasn't very clean, but my server apologized and rushed to get me a new one...things happen, I understand that, and I'm not going to be picky over a little mishap like that. I love their beef and broccoli, it tastes quite fresh and their dumplings are super tasty. The only things that kind of annoy me at this place is the noise level...which can get quite loud and annoying if you're seated in the middle of their dining area, so I always request a booth off to the side somewhere....and also the parking can be a little tricky for someone who is unfamiliar with the mall or the area! But besides that, it's definitely a huge step up from your local Chinese place...it's not expensive, you'll average about 20 dollars a person, and it's well worth it.

My wife and I and decided to eat here since we were shopping at the mall. The food as always was great. Always cooked very clean. Not greasy! Always tasting fresh. The service was a complete 360 from what we had on our previous visit. The server was extremely nice and was on top of our table. Glad we came back!!! Will be back again soon!

So I've always held my nose up every time i passed this place or whenever anyone mentions it. Instantly I thought..."Low budget Mr Chow's?" "I bet my local Chinese restaurant in The Bronx is better." But after some shopping my friend and her small child wanted some eats so we needed something kid friendly while being able to order a grown up drink. We got seated right away, they offered a paper kids menu but forgot the Crayons. Our server was very attentive but I'd like to point out the bus boy...although his only role was to drop off and pick up our plates his voice reminded me of a young Barry White(which is weird cause he was a white guy) and i got goosebumps whenever he spoke "Are you finished with that?" "Who ordered the crab fried rice?" ::swoon:: Anyways I did order the crab fried rice AFTER i made sure it was REAL crab and not imitation cant i tell you?? OMG soooo good! I also ordered the Ginger Mojito (I love ginger in my smoothies) and I have to say 2 thumps up you can taste all of the ingredients nothing was watered down at all. All in all its an upscale Applebees for Asian cuisine...I'd go back.

Love PF Changs, everything is so good and their pork lo mein, to die for! The lettuce wraps are a must and its situated inside the Westchester Mall, beautiful.

This location is inside of The Westchester mall which is a plus! The food is pretty good however I gave this restaurant three stars because they don't have many menu choices to my liking, I love food and I know what I like however I can be picky at times and set in my ways. But overall the service is good and as I said the food is pretty good as well so it wouldn't hurt to give you this a place a try if you haven't done so already.

Just left PF Changs at the Westchester Mall and besides the food just being ok the service was TERRIBLE. There were families that came after us and left before we did. We had to ask for water and the waiter never came to ask us if we were ok or needed anything else. Bottom line this was the first and last time we eat at this restaurant. Thumbs down!

Who am I kidding I have to give them 5 stars! I love the long islands here, NEVER watered! As far as food, my line up is always the same Combo Fried Rice, Changs Spare Ribs, dynamite shrimp, and 2 orders of Crab Wontons. (So incredible good) 1 order of wontons for work the next day lol

Love the ambiance and decor of the restaurant- it's dimly lit and creates the perfect atmosphere for a great conversation at dinner. Everything I tried here was delicious- Kung pao shrimp, Mongolian beef, oolong sea bass and lettuce wraps are an A+. Also if you fancy margaritas the organic agave margarita is expertly crafted. Definitely worth a try!

PF Chang's is great! I have never had a bad experience here. Service is always excellent, food comes at perfect intervals, and you get a smile from the servers. The food is amazing, I usually order the crispy honey shrimp or the shrimp with candied walnuts. The drinks are strong and delicious! I just celebrated my birthday here and it was a great time! My only complaint is the noise level, I feel like I have to shout to my boyfriend across the table, other than that it's a great restaurant.

I have been going to this place for a few years now and have always liked it. The last couple of times however, the food that we got and the mix up in service has been disappointing. The main course was so salty and had so much grease that it was almost inedible. Even the time before the food was exceptionally salty and unappetizing. This is twice in a row. This used to be a good place for families and still is but they need to get back to being a little more careful in the kitchen. Perhaps how busy they have become has a lot to do with it.

Came here for the first time. My waiter Louis asked me if we had been here before we said no and he began to list the popular dishes and recommendations. We started with the Korean wings and a coconut milk drink. The drink was with cane sugar which btw was too sugary. The coco milk already has it's sweetened flavor. 3 diff sauces were brought out but not sure why they weren't mixed when I seen 2 tables to my right being mixed by the waiter. The Korean wings were awful all fat. No chicken was detected. The batter is way too thick. Def not a good start as for our entrees we ordered the spicy chix with rice which was good but not spicy at all. And I had the red quinoa with an egg in top which was such an amazing portion. Overall I will not return to this franchise the food was ok nothing to brag about.

I think pf changs is awesome. Whenever I come I get the shrimp dumplings for an appetizer. For my entree I always get the ginger chicken and broccoli. It's delicious. I have never had dessert here but I will in the future. The staff are always friendly and the food comes out quick. I will definitely come back in the foreseeable future.

My review is based entirely on the service at this restaurant, since the food is generally the same at all PF Changs. We went here tonight about an hour before closing time and noticed immediately after being seated that the waiters were looking at us, but none wanted to walk over to our table. After several minutes of waiting it out, I went back and asked the hostess what was up, and a minute later the waiter who had been sitting staring and doing nothing, walked over. He took our drink order and didn't deliver them until after we already received soup and appetizers - which all came out at once btw. Seriously, no food for a long while, and then 2 soups and 2 apps all at once. Then the entrees came and the waiter never returned. We asked the runner for entree plates since our waiter never have is any, but the runner never came back with them either. So eventually I went and grabbed two plates off the station. Drinks never getting refilled, I went to the bar to ask for waters. I joked with the bartender that my waiter was MIA, and found out the bartender is the manager and he was upset at the situation. Although he never really did anything, and when the check finally came (dropped at the table prior to dessert arriving btw), there was no adjustment for the terrible service. The waiter came back to the table twice during dessert to check if I had put the credit card in the check sleeve. Clearly he had plans after work, and I was on his time. I made him wait until I was entirely finished eating. To top it all off, the staff here seemed to have outside friends visiting and running through the place yelling and making jokes. It seems like this place is just incredibly mismanaged. Nobody wants to do anything and it's like a zoo. I guess I won't be going back. Shame since I used to go to PF Changs 2-3 times a month before moving here. There goes that option!

The puniest lunch portion ever, nevermind the food wasn't even good. Literally had 6 bite size pieces of chicken with a weird salad and a lump brown rice. OK it did also come with soup but the egg drop soup was so salty I couldn't manage more than a spoonful. (and I like salt). Should have saved myself the $10 and gone to the hole in the wall place down the street from my office for half the price and double the portion, could have had leftovers for the next day. Never again.

I use to love this place until I was an unfortunate victim of racism by the manager there today. Upon entering this establishment I noticed a tall, young, African American male having an issue with his credit card; Possibly credit card fraud but I didn't give the situation too much attention and proceeded to place my order to go so that I could get home before the impending snow storm. After being told that it would take 25 to 30 minutes to get ready and that I should pay when served, I decided to go do some shopping and then return when it was time to pick up my food. Once I returned, the manager, a heavyset African American woman asked me about someone named Riley. I told her I didn't know who she was talking about because my name is Trevor. She then went on to say that she would let me go this time but if me or the guy I was with earlier ever come back there the police would be called. She says this at a bar full of people who could hear her every word. Imagine my embarrassment. I tried explaining to her that i didnt know the person who was there earlier but she insisting that I did. Finally I just decide to leave without any food since I never got the chance to pay for it anyway. Its a shame because I really enjoyed the food there and would call them every so often to place an order for pick up. They even have my information stored so that when I call they know who I am. I believe her decision to associate me with the person who was having the issues earlier was solely based on the fact that we were both African American males around the same age and I will be making a formal complaint to their head office. Thank you.

Went in this evening to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was good, no complaints there. The service on the other hand was frustrating. Had to ask 3 times for side plates and silverware even after appetizers were served. Our order was mixed up with another table, they served us and then picked it up! Had to ask for water at least 6 times before it came, the 2 separate glasses never came, my husband and I just resigned ourselves to sharing a glass rather than ask again. Server came by though and spent a good amount of time urging us to take the survey.

They must have been short handed because as I sat waiting for my food I noticed all the tables around us needed cleaning! It took a good ten minutes for someone to come to clean the tables after the customers left. Not to mention all the little pieces of paper that were all over the floor. This places needs more staff!

Another disappointing visit to PF Changs in White Plains!!!!!! I keep thinking things will change !!!! Well this place never does! The service is still poor!!!!!!!!! We dined here 10/5/13. I will not go back. The food is average. I didn't like that I had to order a huge bowl of fried rice in order to have it with my meal. And when I paid $9+ for a bowl of rice they didn't give me the rice that came with the meal. The waiter we had was very annoying. He proofed me and my husband (both over 50). He may have thought he was amusing. But I found it annoying and rude. There was rice on the table and the served the dessert on the dirty table. I think he thought he was entertaining us. I filled out the survey online that was mentioned on my bill and received a form reply. Not impressed

with a large menu that holds many choices for appetizers, entrees, and desserts, PF Chang's is a good place for large crowds because chances are, there will be something for everyone. the food was good, nothing terribly great or bad stood out. however there is something to be desired from the service. our waiter just happened to be a chatty-cathy and it was hard to enjoy conversations among our group when your server wants to talk about his 100+ mile bike rides or mortgages. Still, he tried, he was friendly, and eventually he got our order right.

This place was great way back when it first opened. The quality has greatly gone down hill though. I wouldn't go for the food anymore (except hot n sour soup with brown rice always seems good) but would go for that mean key lime pie martini that bartender makes!

I remember when P F Chang's first leapt on the restaurant scene. I was at a job that required frequent travel, and P F Chang's was always a favorite place to go with a group of colleagues. The food was trendy and consistently good. It was a fresh modern take on Chinese food that pleased everyone. These days, I don't have to be on the road to eat at P F Chang's, but the days of looking forward to eating there have long passed. I was there yesterday and wished I wasn't. A word on service: Strangely overattentive when you don't want the attention and under-attentive when you need something. The staff was quick to clear your plates even when you weren't quite finished, but the water glass didn't get refilled. Several times in the evening, my son reached for my glass after emptying his. Then our waiter completely forgot an entree even though he came back to confirm the order. We, in the end, didn't miss the extra dish, but it was bewildering that he asked us twice about it and then had it completely slipped his mind. He also took an inordinate amount of time to bring a second teacup for the pot of tea we ordered to end the meal, but the check arrived quickly and he came back twice to see if we were ready to settle the bill. The restaurant wasn't busy, so where's the fire? The food was disappointing. My husband and I shared the four-course prix-fixe meal for 2 with our son since he didn't get his entree. It turned out there was enough food for 2 1/2. The soup course was OK. Given how quickly it arrived, the soups were clearly scooped from vats on the stove. The lettuce wrap, a signature dish, was still very good, though I remember larger, crispier lettuce cups. Here's another instance of the inattentiveness of the waitstaff: the wraps weren't accompanied by the sauce, arguably the best part of the dish. The main courses were below par. The Kung Pao Shrimp was overcooked. Though there was plenty of shrimp, there were only a few pieces of celery and a handful of peanuts. The sauce was lacquered to the shrimp making them an unappetizing shade of dark brown. The dish was tired. Our other entree -- chicken and broccoli -- was bland and uninspiring. The little piece of dessert -- we chose the tiramisu (surprising it was on the menu of a Chinese restaurant ) -- shouldn't count as a course. It was literally two bites to be shared. We never got a chance. Our son gobbled it up. With this visit, I am done with P F Chang. I will remember fondly the meals I've enjoyed there once upon a time. The reality of the restaurant today is quite a different story.

I have been to PF Changs before but the food at this location was amazing. The tables were very clean and the food amazing. Our waitress was from Texas so we got some of that southern charm which was great. This a must when shopping at Westchester mall.

Lettuce wraps were great. I had the Mongolian beef with chicken fried rice. I also ordered an agave margarita which comes with two shots of Patron in it. Wow. Good drinks great service on a Saturday night. Make reservations.

Kung pow shrimp is awesome, with brown rice. And lettuce wraps. YUM. Other than that I can't remember much about this restaurant except for the ridiculous wait.

I can't believe it but...I just had a very nice meal at P.F. Chang's. It's been at least five years since I've set foot in this international restaurant chain. Back then, the snazzy dining room and good drinks couldn't make up for the bad, overpriced little servings of Americanized Chinese food. My how things have changed. The dining room still feels like a scene (esp for us folks in the 'burbs). But now portion sizes are more substantial and service is attentive. While the food still tastes like knock-off Chinese, it's become tasty pseudo Asian fare. The good time began with reading the menu. There's a calorie count listed next to each dish, along with a gluten-free selection. My daughter and I shared one appetizer -- a signature lettuce wrap (vegetarian, 570 calories, $7.95). We also each had an entree that came with a bowl of rice (white or brown). Total damage: $48 + tip. This was actually still too expensive for me and also too much food. Next time, if we each have an appetizer and split one main dish, we might get outta this place for just under $40 total. Then again, we might want to try the lunch specials, $7.75 - $9.45 for a main dish served over rice plus either an egg drop or hot & sour soup. (And yes, we'll be back since PF is locates in our favorite mall.) Prices are still on the high side but no longer outrageous. Appetizers are in the $4.95 - $9.95 range -- and our lettuce wrap order made at least six decent-sized wraps. It was large enough to be an entree. Today, my chilean sea bass on spinach was $24 and 630 calories. It turned out to be a huge slab of nicely prepared fish -- probably at least 7 ounces. My daughter had the shrimp with lobster sauce (500 calories, $13.95). It came with about two dozen plump, medium shrimps, each about the size of a small, round container of lip gloss. While the food pales in comparison to anything we'd get in an authentic Chinese restaurant, the tradeoff here is ambiance & convenience.

I don't know why this place has such terrible reviews. I've been here 3 times and it has always been great. This last time my fried rice had egg shells in it, but the waiter quickly made up for it.

OK OK guilty as charged. I am going to contradict my self on this review. I love PF Chang's- I have been to 3-4 over the years all over the country & they are consistently very good. Traditionally, I typically do not like chain food or chain restaurants for all the obvious (well, to me anyway) reasons. But This is1 (I have one more) exception. The food is consistently tasty, fair prices, I've never sent anything back or been dissatisfied. I can NOT say that about other Asian Fusion or Chinese restaurants that I have had the unfortunate experience of eating their take out/dine in @ local spots. The portions are on the smaller side. Sauces tend to be on the sweeter side. They can get very, very busy in the evenings & particularly on weekends.

According to Wikipedia, there are over 200 P.F. Chang's in the world. I have only eaten at this one because there's just nothing fantastic about it. Cons: 1. Long wait 2. VERY Overpriced 3. Can get very crowded 4. Extremely Americanized Chinese food 5. Must pay for parking @ Westchester Mall 6. It's a chain restaurant! Who likes huge chain restaurants? Pros: 1. The food is actually not bad. I just don't like the idea of foreign foods being completely Americanized. 2. The interior is neat and has an "upscale" feel. This is a good thing I guess, but the concept of trying to make a Chinese restaurant fancy is strange to me.

This place is overcrowded. The wait to get seated is always ridiculous. The place is too dark too. They need to brighten the space up. The food here is good. I'll admit that. Everything is flavorful and seasoned and cooked well. However....it is freaking expensive. I mean c'mon, Chinese food is not supposed to be that expensive. I guess it is Americanized Chinese food but c'mon. How upscale can you make General Tso's chicken? Ridiculous. The food alone gets 4 stars, but i have to downgrade the review to 2 stars because of the long waits, the low lights, and the slow service. With the fancy price, they should reimburse you for the parking ticket that you have to pay at the Westchester Mall.

Have both dined in and ordered take out from this PF Changs location. Ordering take out was relatively easy, but there was a slight wait when picking it up. Have had a few different items on the menu - hot and sour soup, dumplings, the lettuce wraps, crispy green beans, chicken with broccoli, pepper steak, and love love the dan dan noodles! At night and on the weekends, the wait can be loooong for a table. Thankfully, the restaurant is located in a mall, so you can always shop/window shop while waiting. The service could be better.

P.F. Chang's is a very loud dining hall with overpriced Chinese food. The waiter called it Asian fusion but it's Chinese food. Various waiters bring your meals and not one knows who's ordered what. The entrees come out piecemeal rather than all at once. That's quite unprofessional and noticeable. Most diners are not eating alone. My beer glass had food specks not only on the outside but the inside too. I rarely send food back but I did so here. The crowd is twenty something so adults beware.

Dirty plate at table, something other than ice in a glass of water, a broken chopstick, a very rude, very inept waitress who got every other thing wrong, and handled it with a nasty manner. Had to take it up to the manager, who made things right enough that we'd *consider* going back there; up to that point, it was our last voluntary visit. But if you like too much noise and insulting, inept service, the food was good, the drink was good, the bill too expensive, particularly given the negatives.

P.F. Chang's is my absolute favorite place to eat! I always order an appetizer, whether it be the dynamite shrimp or the Chang's chicken lettuce wraps and they are always delicious. Just the way I remembered from the last time I was there. For dinner I ALWAYS order the Honey glazed Shrimp with white rice.. I ask for them to hold the scallions because I don't like them.. Some may say they have no taste but I am picky when it comes to my food. Last time I dined here, Thursday September 5th, I asked my waiter to hold the scallions but when my food came out, low and behold there was scallions covering my shrimp. I picked them off anyway and pretty much enjoyed my meal. A plus of P.F. Chang's is their Warrior Rewards program, which of course I am a member of. They offer percentages off your check, sometimes a free appetizer as well as a dollar amount off your check. Always an incentive for me to come back more frequently. Love love love P.F. Chang's! Try to make a reservation on a busy night so you don't have to wait for a table.

The place is very nice and our waiter was excellent. But four of the five dishes were mediocre. The much ballyhooed iceberg lettuce with chicken appetizer was OK, but for $9.00 must keep this place in business. Shrimp dumpling appetizer, Shrimp Shanghai and chicken lo main were eh. The one stand out was the excellent Hunan Style Hot Fish. And the portions were nothing to write home about. There probably are other good dishes on the menu. But without knowing what they are, I would not go back.

If you are desperate for something decent to eat while at The Westchester mall, I guess this is really your only option. Quick service, but icky food.

PF Chang's to me is like The Restaurant of the Perpetual Hope. Each time I have been there I hope it is going to be better than the last time. It never is though. Grrr. Easy yes, since it is right at The Westchester and makes a nice sit down place for lunch. They are very kid friendly and the space is pleasant enough. The service can be spotty though and it seems as if there are an awful lot of dark shirted people around yet no one to refill iced teas. The food is really not much better than a food court type Chinese stand. It is just in a fancier setting. Too much salt and sugar and WOAH the calories listed on the menu! Shocking. Who eats 1060 calories for lunch let alone an entree? We ordered vegetarian and still had trouble keeping the tally low. The sauteed eggplant was actually quite tasty but the thick and cloying sauce overpowered it a bit. Good texture though. Our steamed dumplings were nothing unusual, just heavy and uninspired. The lettuce wraps, which PF Chang's is known for, were just marginally ok. The tofu pieces were way too chopped and visually was not much to look at. Tasty enough and I was glad there was not that much of it. For $32 there was surprisingly not too much food. Whatev. It's The Westchester and that is part of the fun. Every table is quickly filled with hungry diners and there are more people waiting at the door. If you go for lunch get there on the earlier side. Nice rest rooms (at least the ladies), too. I am sure I will be back at some point perpetually hoping... Sigh. 2.69 stars.

My fiance wanted me to try P.F Chang's China Bistro in The Westchester mall. It's a beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere with great statute decor. For starters we had Chang's Chicken Lettuce wraps (Approximately 630 Calories). It's a signature appetizer, wok-seared minced chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and water chestnuts served over crispy rice sticks and served with cool, crisp lettuce cups. We share this appetizer since the portion size is big. Priced at $7.95 We had a delicious Jasmine Blackberry Green Iced Tea. Entrees: We ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken (Approximately 970 calories). Tender, diced chicken breast lightly dusted and stir-fried with a tangy sauce of sweet and spice. Price: $13.95 Mongolian Beef (approximately 1010 Calories). Tender flank steak wok-cooked then quickly tossed with scallions and garlic. Price $15.75 Both orders include choice of white or brown rice. I love the Spicy chicken, I tried my fiance's mongolian beef and it was good but i'm not much of a beef lover. For dessert: My fiance had The Great Wall of Chocolate (Approximately 1440 Calories) Six rich layers of frosted chocolate cake topped with semi-sweet chocolate chips, served with berries and raspberry sauce. $7.95 The dessert is huge and probably enough for 3 to 4 people. It was cold, not sure if this is how it suppose to be, but I think served warm would be ideal. I had a Dessert Cocktail called Buddha's Dream. Bacardi light rum, Myers rum, pina colada, vanilla bean ice cream. Not into cocktails but was curious about the drink. Not bad. price $8.00 Glen the server was great, friendly and professional. The restaurant looks luxurious, but is not expensive.

Never did I imagine that PF Chang, with it's American fusion Asian food would be this decent and desirable. I went there for dinner due to the convenient location in White Plains, the parking is in the structure by the mall. -- service: our waitress is really sweet, and they have wax model of desserts for you to visually comprehend the various choices. -- pricing: we got the prex fixe menu for two @ $39.95, this is a great deal: -- hot and sour soup -- pretty good, egg drop soup -- so so -- appertizer: fried calamari, with the chili bean sauce they came with, this is an excellent dish, if you don't care about the calorie count. -- Mongolian beef -- beef is definitely over cooked, tough and dried out. -- Chang's chicken -- no condiments, pure chunks of tender, juicy chicken, wrapped in this sweet/tangy sauce, I'd give it 4 stars -- dessert: mini-carrot cake and mini-red velvet cake: I prefer the carrot cake, which has a lot of stuff in it.. the red velvet cake's icing is too sweet and thick, but the cake itself is mildly sweet and dense.. though I still prefer CPK's red velvet cake the best! ^_^ -- I even ordered their trial "Mandarin chicken" to go $9.95 - $11, what a great deal! all in all, I am surprised at this dinner experience, and would definitely come back to try their regular dinner menu. Plus the $3-$6 happy hour menu is totally awesome! Oh, it's a bummer that you have to pay $3-5 for parking in that attached mall garage though...

Horrible service! They were empty at 10 pm an started closing the restaurant down when we walked in! N when they asked for my id when I ordered a glass of wine I knew they trying to kick us out!!! Come on I wasn't asked for my id for a while in the whole New York State ! Or actually any other state too. You guys are already 3 star restaurant here. I'm sure if you don't change your attitude customers will put you down to zero!

I come here often at least twice a month. This place is better than Chung lee's in Manhattan with all its reputation. The mahi mahi is something to desire freshly cut and tastes like it was pulled out the waters of cape cod. Their specialty is hidden in a mixture of spices and sauses which seem to go good with every wine they have avalible. If you don't believe me your taste buds will. I recommend the reisling wine from right behind the bar, its crisp with just a flavor of butter. The appetizers are very tasty but the sesame and orange chicken dishes are so good and very filling to your stomach. I have been to several P.F. Chang's through out the states and they are all five (5) star! period.

Towelie was right.....This place sucks. Foods not bad but its not chinese food. Its white washed chinese, but good tasting. I would only go if I was out of state and didnt want to risk bad food. Its good food just very corporate. I can mix my own sauces,THANK YOU(gotta see the south park episode)

This restaurant will always hold a special place in my heart because ti's my first PF Chang's experience. I lived in the City and had to travel to come here (which I did) so I am happy that now I live closer a PF Changs in Cali. We love the Kung Pao Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Orange Chicken, Hot and Sour Soup and Lettuce Wraps. Not all at the same time preferably. Their potstickers (dumplings) are great too...I cannot think of anything that we have gotten here that we didn't like now that I think about it. Try it...

Been here now on numerous occasions being the only place besides Zodiac to have a sit down meal other than the public food court!!! Well as a run of the mill chain restaurant I guess it's ok!! Had to wait an enormament amount of time for the starter to arrive which the waitress was extremely apologetic about and when it did arrive the manager brought it with apologies. Unfortunately as soon as the starter arrived the entree arrive within a minute so the table was crowded. The starter and entree were a cold dish with the exception of the shrimp in the entree so I don't understand the delay in getting the starter out. Having said that the rum iced tea was nice and the dessert though very rich was tasty. The cappachinno was too hot. Having said that for a quick meal with no expectations PF Changs is an adequate for a meal at the mall. The starter was removed from the bill do to the inordinate delay in its delivery!

Lettuce wraps. That's all you need to know. Ok, I won't end my review there, for the sake of the "useful" votes I'm sure I'd lose. Came here on a Monday night after working at my satellite office in White Plains. Relatively empty, but service was rather slow nonetheless. No hostess to greet us, so we helped ourselves and grabbed a booth. P.F. Chang's always seems to be on those "what not to eat" lists that I obsess over, so I was pretty happy to see that they had all the calories listed on their menu. I had the salmon steamed with ginger over tomatoes, bok choy, mushrooms, and asparagus [$18.50]. A healthier alternative to some of their other dishes, but a bit bland for my taste. However, they do have that fancy little sauce that they make on the table, so I added some of that to the dish, which added some flavor and still complimented the dish well. Despite the fact that my coworker and I were stuffed, we still ordered their dessert shooters [$2], which are basically a shot glass sized dessert. They have a few different flavors. I had the tiramisu, which was delish, and the perfect small dessert bite to end the meal. Basically, it's good for a chain, if that counts for anything.

Your typical corporate ran restaurant with food that probably came from a box prepared at a central location. Nothing special. I'll look for other chinese food in the area.

I just have to tell people what happened to me at PF Changs at the Westchester in May. A COCKROACH literally came crawling out from underneath my rice when I stuck my fork into it. I'm getting nauseous thinking about it. It looks posh, but this place is obviously a filthy hole.

Terrible on all levels. This used to be a decent option at best but after a decline in service and the horrendous experience during my last visit here I will no longer dine here and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this disgusting place. This place seems to be crowded for some reason and the waiter and bar staff seem to think this is a perfect excuse to treat their customers like dirt. My last and final experience: I went with 5 other people to celebrate a cousin's birthday. I suggested this place because at one point a long, long, long time ago it was a good option. A few of us arrived early and decided to get a drink at the bar while we waited as it wasn't time for our reservation. BIG MISTAKE! We were greeted by a bartender who only addressed us after ten minutes with a "yea?" I ordered my drink and he shot back "I need everyone's ID" One of the people I was with WHO WAS 7 MONTHS PREGNANT was not drinking and did not have her ID as it was left in the car. She explained she would not be drinking and could she have a water but he still demanded to see her ID. Apparently, you need ID to even stand near the bar. After being warned that she cannot drink he decided to serve us. He asked "are you guys ready?" To which I said can I have my drink and her water now? He had completely forgot the whole reason we were standing there is because I wanted a drink. He quickly explained he's gotten alot of orders how do I expect him to remember mine. How foolish of me. So after twenty minutes of waiting Me and the another person finally had our drinks. Keep in mind we've been observing other people come and go with there drinks. By this time the rest of our party had arrived and our table was ready. We paid rude bartender and went to our table. When we got to our table we were greeting everyone and getting seated, when out of nowhere rude bartender comes to our table and attempts to grab the drink away from us saying that she cannot drink that. The drink which had not been touched yet as nobody had a chance to take a drink yet was sitting on the table in between a pregnant woman and her husband!!!! The bartender and her husband had to engage in a tug of war for the drink for which he had just paid for. He finally let go and went to a corner where he glared at us. Then he spoke to the person who would be our waiter. This person came over and without a greeting said I need to see all ID's for those drinks on the table. 2 drinks on table and we need to show 6 ID's. I was infuriated and asked to speak to a manger. She came over and said "some one has a problem with no id?" We began to realize that maybe because our skin was a bit darker than the rest of our fellow patrons that we were not getting the same treatment as all through the night we saw our server greet tables and bring them drinks without even so much hinting and them showing ID. Which was the waiter's loss because our whole party was annoyed and were no longer in a drinking mood. We decided we grab some drinks from another business. I have worked in the restaurant industry before and I am the last person to complain about trivial things but while I can excuse bad service from a couple of stupid, racist college kids I feel the manager's demeanor when addressing our party was totally absurd. We were looking to spend a few hundred dollars in her restaurant and she treated us like dirt.

"Benziger by the glass" is all I have to say for this place. Besides trooping down to midtown to "no parking land" to Houstons, this is the only other place where they pour... Benziger by the glass!! Kudos to you Mr. Chang!

Okay, where do I begin! We made reservations for five at around 2pm for 7pm... When we arrived they asked us if we preferred a booth or a table, the booth was right next to the bathroom and the table they offered us was a four top. Then continued to stand while we waited for an extra seat and the rest of the table settings. Waiters and managers bustled around us extremely rude and in a rush. The staff seemed very unorganized and poorly trained for the jobs. The atmosphere was so busy, loud and disorderly..not the most ideal way to begin our dinning out experience. When we asked for our beverages I was sharing a Sapporo with a friend instead of bringing an extra glass so we can cheers as a group we waited around again. All of the food more or less came out very quickly, almost on top of one another which wasn't very pleasant. When the dessert course was ready. All of our coffees were very bitter. And almost cold! We were celebrating a birthday. They placed the "cheesecake" on the table with no utensils to eat with... One of the woman dining with us, her coffee cup and two cracks on the inside cup. All around I used to love this place as a fun Asian fusion experience. My liking for this establishment has slowly spiraled down in the last few times I have been there. The only thing worth having here is the hot and sour soup!

One of our absolute favorites. We always bring new people here for them to try, and everyone usually has the same reaction: AWESOME food! I always, and I mean always, order the Kung Pao Chicken. I'll never stray. The Changs Spicy Chicken is good, and so are the lettuce wraps. I live in the city, and this is the closest PF Changs to us. Definitely worth the half hour drive. Yum! I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, because it can get quite pricey!

My boyfriend and I were going to eat at Cheesecake Factory but decided to eat at P.F. Changs because we've always wanted to dine here & honestly I was disappointed, I expected much more from here. Don't get me wrong the food was good, but it was just that...good... The portions were small, service was slow and overall sorry to say but I would have been happier going to my local Chinese restaurant. To me the prices were affordable but for $13.50 for what I feel was General Tso's Chicken, I wasn't happy. There were 10 pieces of chicken and the smallest bowl of rice. Usually I ALWAYS have left-overs after I eat out and I had nothing to bring home. I doubt I'll eat there again. Our bill was $50 and we weren't even full we could have ordered the same items and spent $20 locally or in Chinatown. The experience was nice but I'll pass next time LOL...

A bit of a wait. Food was good, since this is a chain store, I'd expect that. It is a bit smaller than most of the PF Chang's I've been in, which may account for the wait.
(4)
Dave K.
well, at least you always know what you're going to get at a chain restaurant. even down to the long wait for a table. when you finally do sit down, go for the lettuce wraps. I could eat that stuff by the spoonful! the Buddhas Delight is a vegetable dish that's actually pretty good also. ah, what am I even writing this for? if you need Yelp to learn about PC Changs, you couldn't care less about food quality anyway.

More than decent Chinese food but very inconsistent with the portions. I love their Mongolian beef and sometimes the portion is good and other times it's very small and overpowered with scallions. Shrimp and scallop dishes are good so I lean toward those when not eating MB. Be warned, if the menu items says it's hot, it's hot. Service is usually rushed so you have to "slow them down." I can't stand being asked over and over again if I'm ready to order! NO, I'll let you know. Biggest pet peeve I have with them is that they try to overturn tables too quickly even with no one waiting. I go off hours otherwise the place is consistently packed.

I've been to several other locations including Port Imperial, NY and irvine, CA but this one is pretty close to awful. Went here today for a late linch. First off the lady seating us was obviously not in a good mood. Second the table was dirty and the floor filthy. Rice, noodles and other unknown food everywhere. Third, table was wobbly and it took almost a half hour to fix just that. Finally food started to arrive and the edamame steamed dumplings were awful. Over cooked and chalky. I spoke to the manager and in the end he took off about 40% off the bill but you know what, if I have to have my meal while my toes are curled, never mind. Won't be coming back.

I've been to this PF Chang's several times, so this is a combo-review. Location: You can easily get to the restaurant from within the Westchester Mall or (I think) it's outside entrance. I always go through the mall. It's pretty convenient to park in the mall's garage, despite the $3.00 charge, just know that you will have to walk a little in the mall to get to the entrance. There's signs in the mall to the restaurant. Food: Never a bad experience! It's usually fresh, hot and delicious. I am quickly becoming a fan of "Budda's Feast." This vegetarian dish is always pleasing. I'm not a vegetarian, but if there's one dish (or restaurant) where all the non-meat dishes are just as delicious as the meat-ones, it's here. The lunch bowl specials (served until 4 p.m.) are a great deal, as are the happy hour specials (which include both food and drink). You don't have to sit at the bar for the happy hour specials either. Big plus. Decor: Nicely styled. Above average for a chain, but not amazing. Service: Pretty good. There is evidence that the servers have been trained and care about providing good service. However, on occasion, servers can be inattentive and a bit lapse. Nothing serious though. One Note: I like this place, but I don't really think it's worth waiting 45 minutes to well over an hour for (as is usually the case Fri/Sat nights) a place to sit. Just go during the slow times. You'll enjoy it more.

Best place to go for Asian food if you have a food allergy. They have separate menus for nut allergy and for gluten allergy. It's always nice when a restaurant chain takes it seriously. Thanks PF Changs!

I usually go with my husband for a quick meal or as a family and usually have a great time. The food is pretty good. The ginger salmon is on point and so is the chicken (the sweet and spicy one, I forgot the name). The restaurant is great for a nice sit down dinner, quick lunch with friends or a family dinner.

When I came to this restaurant i was with one of my buddies... Hell! This place was like a refugee! Completely full, and the dinner table didn't even look asian. If is a Chinese place, they should have brought tea and chopsticks, they brought a fork and a spoon. Then later I figured that this place was like an asian applebees or TGI Fridays. Hmmm... The food was not really that good, and everything was over the top. I didn't enjoy the ambient of the restaurant. However, the ice cream was alright. If you wanna have some fun and experience something good then go ahead, but I prefer Asian Temptation.

Standard Chang's fare. I love the chicken lettuce wraps, and my pear mojito was yummy and refreshing, if not a little light on the alcohol. Most of their menu items are solid, but the calorie counts makes it hard to digest your food. I know it's the law, and it's probably better that I'm aware if I eat my whole plate of food that's it for the day, but it sure takes a lot of the fun outta your meal.

This P.F. Changs location on the fringes of the White Plains Mall has a very grand entrance and a huge open space. The food is not the cheapest but my girlfriend and I had an impromptu lunch there recently. My Shrimp and Rice with some sort of lobster sauce was salty and less than impressive. My girlfriends' fried rice was okay, nothing more, nothing less. As for reservations or dress code, PFC is casual and I can't imagine having to make a reservation for the place. I never visited the restroom and cant speak on that either. Kudos to the overzealous waiter who really worked his butt off for that lunch time tip. Nothing special here.

P.F. Chang's was suggested as a dining option by my husband's boss and friend Pat(hi PAT!!). I hadn't eaten at a P.F. Chang's in a very long time. But my husband's team used to go there for lunches frequently. Two good recommendations was all I needed. The experience was great. We were immediately seated. The server was attentive and the ambiance was relaxing. Low lighting and you could hear one another talk. Plus they were very understanding about us bringing a toddler. So I would say P.F. Chang's is a family restaurant as well. Getting to the food. It was quite tasty. We picked a prefixed menu cause were thrifty like that. And for the cost there was a lot of food. We enjoyed soup(egg drop), calamari, beef and broccoli, shrimp with snow peas and mini carrot cake and strawberry cheese cake. I would definitely recommend this location.

I remember the first time I went to PF Changs out in Van Nuys, CA. My orange chicken filled the plate, and I had more rice than I could eat. The food was incredibly delicious. Well, what was great on the West Coast, didn't translate to the East Coast. They gave me a small bowl of rice and about 7 cubes of chicken. Reluctantly, I ordered dessert to fill the void left by the dearth of dinner. That didn't go over any better. And to top it off, our service was just mediocre.

One star for food three for service. Poor quality for Chinese food, poor quality for a PF Chang's. Honestly after eating here I felt sick. It is difficult to screw up fast Chinese food, but this place made an art of it. On a side not, I ordered a mixed drink with my meal. It would be an understatement if I said they skimped on the alcohol. I would not go back, especially for the price which, while not expensive for a restaurant, was more than I would have paid for this food.

My daughter and I visited this place for the first time while visiting White Plains. It was a Friday night so the 35 minute wait time was reasonable. The first thing I noticed was the very high noise level(not sure why people are rating the noise level to be average, it was very loud). I have hearing problems so it was difficult to hear the waiter. My daughter who does not have any hearing problems had a hard time hearing him as well because of the noise. The first thing I noticed on the menu was that the prices were high(much higher than other Chinese restaurants). The food we did order was decent. The won ton soup was small in quantity and not as good as the soup I order in my hometown. My daughter is a vegetarian, so she was thrilled they had a veggie menu. She said her food was very good, too much for her to eat. Overall, everything was ok. I do not have a PF Changs near me on Long Island and I always wanted to try it. I am glad I did, but I would not go out of my way to do it again.

I first ate at a P.F. Chang's in Kansas City, Kansas. I had a great experience there, so I was excited to find the restaurant near where I live. The food is great, but do make a reservation if you don't want a long wait. The place does get crowded. Our waitress was friendly.

I am writing this review from my usual biased viewpoint of "the person with food allergies." To that end, I have had very pleasant experiences here. As a (very) few restaurants do these days, they have a gluten-free menu--always a delight to me, as that takes me about halfway there. I can't eat wheat or soy, and those are just my main food allergies (yep, there are more). Despite the fact that they were very busy at the time, I found the service to be very helpful with figuring out what I could eat, which amounted to only one dish--gluten-free shrimp with lobster sauce--but at least it was something. And it was, and has been, consistently GOOD!!! And not even expensive! Those with food allergies, take heart: PF Chang's may not be anywhere near an authentic Chinese food experience, but the staff will help you not die from what you eat. I think that's pretty important.

I'm from San Francisco, and my parents are Chinese. So I have a feeling that I'm something of an authority on Chinese food. I had never gone to a PF Chang's before, but my Indian boss wanted to go here. Talk about a lot of pizzaz for nothing. Maybe it's because there's not a whole lot else out this way, and people can get somewhat dressed up for the atmosphere and enjoy Americanized Asian Food. But maybe that's what they mean by fusion. They changed Chinese food to suit a more American appetite for sauces and things to dip your food in rather than cooking the food and allowing the real flavors to come out? Maybe I'm just way biased and I can't be objective here, but this place was also a little bit ridiculous because it's so close to New York City. I mean, NYC has the 2nd biggest and 2nd coolest Chinatown in the US. So, shouldn't they at least be paying attention to it? The service was fine and the food was strange and alien to me. I think I was thinking it was going to be like one of the fancy Chinese places I go to back home, but I was in for a shock. Maybe I'll go back, but have a different set of expectations when I return.

My favorite of all the major chain restaurants. Lettuce wraps are always a must. Food and service are consistently good. Recommend you call ahead or go online and make a reservation.

We had an awful experience at PF Chang's in White Plains. My wife and I took my daughter there for a special lunch treat after she had some minor surgery at White Plains hospital. My chicken dish was fine and so was my daughter's lo mein. My wife ordered salmon and upon cutting the fish she observed that the center of the fish was raw and cold (the fish was obviously frozen and was not cooked properly). We politely asked the waiter to have the fish cooked more. We patiently waited and about 15 minutes later the fish came back burned (black) and tough as shoe-leather. The asparagus side item was also charred. The waiter didn't seem to care one bit. We told the waiter we would not pay for the salmon dish and sent it back. Neither the waiter, nor the manager, offered any apologies. We politely asked for our check, paid the bill, and walked out. We will NEVER go back there. I suggest avoiding PF Chang's at all costs (try one of the many other good restaurants in the area that appreciate their customers). The owners of this restaurant should watch Robert Irvine and Restaurant Impossible for some good advice.

Had stuffed mushrooms that were great, service was great as well as the cheese cake but the 'California cheese steak' was bland and unappetizing.

For some reason this place has two yelp entries, and I am so dissatisfied I am going to be sure that I enter into both entries. This place is going on the "dead to me" list. The food was just average, and definitely not worth all the BS you go through to get it. This place is total bedlam every night I've tried to eat here. After hearing of the 90 minute wait I walked out, not about to put the family through that. So I tried to do carry out, and it happens that there were 4 people in front of me who had been waiting awhile to get their food. It seems they gave the wrong order to someone, leaving the woman who had waited 45 min for it basically out of luck. They offered to have her wait another 20 to remake it, but come on! While that was happening you'd think a manager would come take care of her while the rest of us picked up or ordered, but nope. I finally ordered about 20 min later, then left intending to come back and pick it up. upon pickup they had managed to screw up ANOTHER big order, so I got to wait for that for another 10 min. When mine finally came out, they had forgotten components of that too! I'm not gonna slam the workers as they clearly were totally slammed and doing their best, but I will fire my yelp-shots at the management: 1. Where the hell were you when all this confusion at the order desk was going down? Why would you not come out to handle the issue and let the rest of the staff get other people their food and get out of there? 2. Whose bright idea was it to place the order pickup desk across the restaurant from the kitchen so they have to RUN back and forth to get or check on food. 3. Why would a chain with this much money balk at getting more staff on to improve service? There were even empty tables sitting while people waited as there was no one to bus them. Some folks also waited for 20 min without hearing from a server (I heard several of the complaints while I waited.) More servers = more table turnover = more money. DUH. 4. Why would a chain with this much money not have an electronic method of checking if the damn orders are ready? I will still go to other locations of this chain as the Kung Pao Shrimp is great, but White Plains Changs....YOU SUCK! The incompetence with which this location is run is simply astounding.

This is an authentic review - check out my others. I was taken here by my teenage kids for my birthday 3/25. I got gift certificates from AMEX so our dinner was "paid for" by our AMEX activity. I had given our gift certificates to my daughter (she goes to school nearby) for 'date night' with her boyfriend, but we decided to use it for my birthday instead. She called in the afternoon to make a reservation, but was told they don't take reservations. When we got to the restaurant, they told us there was a 35 minute wait, and of course they do take reservations! My daughter complained, spoke to the manager, and we only waited about 10 minutes. Yes, the silverware was dirty. The manager comped our appetizers ($13) to make up for the confusion. Appreciated. The food was delicious. Not gourmet dining at its finest, but perfectly OK (and we're pretty picky). Everything was fresh, properly prepared, well seasoned, plentiful. The bathrooms were clean. Our waitress was EXCELLENT. We were comfortable, silly, a little noisy, but had a good time. The place was PACKED with families and strollers. I guess I would go there again. We had a good time!

It's good in that you have a fusion of different asian foods which makes it's choices different. However, if you want really good Chinese go to Asian Temptaion.

I know, I know, it's a chain restaurant in a mall. However, the quality of food is pretty good for the Asian fusion thing they have going on. And the prices are not bad at all. P.F. Chang's is located in the Westchester Mall. There's a street level entrance but no direction entrance to the restaurant from the retail floors. The restaurant has it's own entrance on a floor near the valet parking. I've never been disappointed with a meal, and I do quite like Chinese food. The food is not traditional Chinese food, more of a mix of Chinese and nouveau cuisine (Banana spring rolls? Delicious). The service is good and there's a bar area as well. Tons of tables and booths. And of course, bar seating. The bathrooms are clean and neat, but the lighting is very dim, so don't expect to reapply your makeup so precisely.

I went here with a large party, maybe 12 of us. Everybodys food arrived but mine. I asked about it but nothing arrived. They said it took longer to cook..fish with black bean sauce. So my entire group finished their food and was ready to leave when my dish finally arrived. About an hour after all the other dishes had come. Obviously they had just forgotten to make my dish and were trying to lie about it. Will never eat there again!

The was delight to see after having been waiting on the side of the road for tow truck for over 90 minutes. While visiting my dad we where driving back from the driving range and the car broke down. The dealership was across the street from PF. Needless to say after this issue I wanted a drink and some food. We lucked up and arrived still while the lunch menu was in effect. There lunch special are well worth the price. I had the grilled salmon with asparagus over brown rice. My dad had the pepper steak. My dad had some much food he brought home for lunch the following day. The food here is good but the key today was the quality drink and the outstanding service. If my car breaks down in white plains this will be my first stop after.

The food is awful and the place is so poorly run. I can't believe that people think this place is good. There is always a wait, poor service and the food is either awful or mediocre at best. Avoid this place!

The first thing you'll realize is the extremely long wait for the place. The best thing to do is MAKE A RESERVATION. If you have to wait any amount of time it's connected to a mall so walk around and wait if you have to. Next, the ambiance. It's fantastic. It has nice lighting and decor. The food is very good and cheap compared to most places. It also comes just as fast as chinese takeout which could be good and bad. If you're on a date and want to hang out, order your appetizer first, then when you're done with it, order your dinner. I would also recommend their ginger beer to try. As long as you go in knowing their could be a long wait, you'll do ok. Then again if you make a reservation, which they do take, you won't have that problem.

This restaurant chain never disappoints. Although I've only been to this location, I've always been extremely happy with my meal. From the personalization of their dipping sauce....mixed at each table just the way you want it to their dessert....I think the banana spring roll is the best dessert I've ever had ever (okay one of the best ever), I always leave completely satisfied.

I was there last night arrived at 6:29 PM & told there would be an hour & a half wait. My party of 3 & I decided since we weren't that hungry, we could wait. We went upstairs to the mall to walk around and come back at 7:45pm. When we came back at 7:45 we were told to wait another 15 minutes. We did, we checked in again and were told another 20 minutes. At this point we asked the hostess to be realistic with us regarding the wait time. She basically said, I don't know why i told you an hour and a half, i shouldn't have, but I can seat you shortly. That was it for us!! Ridiculous we waited patiently and felt in the end we were basically misled just lied to I guess. If a restaurant has a really long wait I just think they need to be more honest if you make a mistake approximating the waiting time then own up to it and seat us. It's bad business to treat people like this. Needless to say, we left & won't be going there again

(3)Amy M.

(5)Matteo P.
PF changs always has great service and great food. Definitely have the lettuce wraps! They are awesome and their teas are very good if you're into tea. We always love the ambience of PF changs and suggest to go there if you're in the mood for it !!

A decent Asian fusion restaurant. I recommend the Mongolian beef and chicken satay

I've never been disappointed with PF Chang's, this place was no different. Good food and good service.

(2)Greg R.
(2)Rhiannon M.
(2)Emmanuel O.
Yum!
(4)Roberto J.
Decent food but service was sub par. One we got seated, we had to wave down a waiter to take out order. Food came out pretty quickly and was decent for a chain restaurant
(4)Marshall D.

(4)Gary S.
Wow, food is good, but music is played so loud it makes you want to jump up and leave. Very unrelaxing.
(2)Elgin B.
As always the calamari was excellent as an appetizer. The prong shrimp always comes out perfect and the sauce that goes with it makes it that much better. Chase that with the strawberry cucumber lemonade. Too bad they took the tiramisu off the menu.
(4)Alexa O.
(4)Ujala K.
(3)K S.
(2)Zayna M.
(4)Vance C.
(4)Draya-Renee J.
(4)Marisela V.
Love PF Changs, everything is so good and their pork lo mein, to die for! The lettuce wraps are a must and its situated inside the Westchester Mall, beautiful.
(5)Ebony C.
(3)Jessica T.
(1)Shakoya S.
I love this place and the food was really good. Wasn't a long wait and service was good as well
(4)debra d.
very mediocre. food is tasty, but often not hot enough, served too fast or too slow, or over seasoned or oily. waitstaff is generally kind, but inept. pricey for what you get, but my son loves it, so we keep going!
(2)Nordia F.
(5)Natalie R.

Typical chain restaurant. Food was ok. Restaurant was a bit dirty, paper on the floor right in front of the reception. Floor was sticky.

(2)Eric D.
They must have been short handed because as I sat waiting for my food I noticed all the tables around us needed cleaning! It took a good ten minutes for someone to come to clean the tables after the customers left. Not to mention all the little pieces of paper that were all over the floor. This places needs more staff!
(2)Paul A.
Another disappointing visit to PF Changs in White Plains!!!!!! I keep thinking things will change !!!! Well this place never does! The service is still poor!!!!!!!!! Hostess made me wait for a table to be cleaned !While I was waiting another hostess sat someone at the same table!!!!! Hard to find good help these days?
(1)Katie S.
The lunch special is always a good deal and the food never disappoints at PF's. Service was fair and it wasn't too busy right before noon, but was filling up fast as I left.
(4)Kathleen L.
Staff hick and eager to pease food for chain great
(4)Craig T.
Great place to dine. The Mongolian beef is to die for. Typical Chinese cuisine is offered but I implore you to venture out of your comfort zone, and give the Mongolian a shot.
(4)Suzie K.

Another One Of My Favorite Restaurant's ... I Come Here Every Couple Months Food Is Always On Point & So Is The Drinks
(5)Claire M.
The Mongolian steak! OMG is was so yummy and the cinnamon citrus tea was a great end to my meal
(4)James K.
This location doesn't seem as good as the others. I almost gave it 2 stars because the rice was so hard I chipped my tooth on the Mongolian Beef.
(3)Dianne R.
with a large menu that holds many choices for appetizers, entrees, and desserts, PF Chang's is a good place for large crowds because chances are, there will be something for everyone. the food was good, nothing terribly great or bad stood out. however there is something to be desired from the service. our waiter just happened to be a chatty-cathy and it was hard to enjoy conversations among our group when your server wants to talk about his 100+ mile bike rides or mortgages. Still, he tried, he was friendly, and eventually he got our order right.
(3)Alexandra C.
This place was great way back when it first opened. The quality has greatly gone down hill though. I wouldn't go for the food anymore (except hot n sour soup with brown rice always seems good) but would go for that mean key lime pie martini that bartender makes!
(3)J S.
We had great service, far and above nearly every restaurant we have tried. Pricing was reasonable and waiter was honest about what was good.

(5)Deepinder S.
Make sure u are aware the restaurant is on P3 when parked in the mall.
(3)Jeremy H.
Love the service and how fast the food is (20) mins. ANYTHING you will order on the menu is delish!
(5)Kevin S.
Lettuce wraps were great. I had the Mongolian beef with chicken fried rice. I also ordered an agave margarita which comes with two shots of Patron in it. Wow. Good drinks great service on a Saturday night. Make reservations.
(5)LISA N.

(4)Carmen O.
I don't know why this place has such terrible reviews. I've been here 3 times and it has always been great. This last time my fried rice had egg shells in it, but the waiter quickly made up for it.
(4)Debrin S.
(4)Kassy M.
(3)Thomas A.
(2)Irene L.
(3)Soy L.
(2)M. S.

(5)Eric K.
(2)Randy S.
If you are desperate for something decent to eat while at The Westchester mall, I guess this is really your only option. Quick service, but icky food.
(2)Lydia L.

I'm a fan a fan of the appetizers!

Chang's through out the states and they are all five (5) star! period.
(5)Sean G.
(3)Alena B.
Try it...
(4)James S.

(3)Andrew H.
Your typical corporate ran restaurant with food that probably came from a box prepared at a central location. Nothing special. I'll look for other chinese food in the area.
(2)Corinne M.
I just have to tell people what happened to me at PF Changs at the Westchester in May. A COCKROACH literally came crawling out from underneath my rice when I stuck my fork into it. I'm getting nauseous thinking about it. It looks posh, but this place is obviously a filthy hole.
(1)Kealy W.

Service from bartender was great, but the find is awful. Must stop thinking chains can be good... dont be tempted...

(2)Wayne S.
A bit of a wait. Food was good, since this is a chain store, I'd expect that. It is a bit smaller than most of the PF Chang's I've been in, which may account for the wait.
(4)Dave K.
well, at least you always know what you're going to get at a chain restaurant. even down to the long wait for a table. when you finally do sit down, go for the lettuce wraps.

(4)Yuki B.

Love this place. Good food and nice ambiance.

(3)Ani V.

(1)Chris C.
Good food. Their beef is really good. Definitely recommended.
(4)Ross S.

I think that's pretty important.

order the veggie lettuce wraps, the veggie dumplings, buddha delight, brown rice, and the jasmine blueberry iced tea. thank me later.

(3)Stephanie V.

Will never eat there again!

i am a regular here, the food is really good but the service is impeccable

(3)A F.
The food is awful and the place is so poorly run. I can't believe that people think this place is good. There is always a wait, poor service and the food is either awful or mediocre at best. Avoid this place!
(1)ryan c.
(4)THOMAS B.
White Plains has better Asian restaurants. Food at P.F is poor imitation of the real thing,go elsewhere., Seasons,Aberdeen,David King,Asian Temptationould would be a better choice.
(2)Dina M.
(5)Madelyn S.
